If you're new to hemp oil, you could be a little unsure about how to take it, when to take it and how much to take. Below you will find some recommendations and suggestions. 

  1. Consider starting with a lower concentration. Take advantage of our 30-day trial if you feel like you need something stronger.
  2. Develop a consistent routine. Whether you are splitting up your servings (once in the day time and once in the evening), or choosing which part of the day works best for you, try to stick to that routine for at least a week or two to gauge how your body responds. Check in with yourself, and continue to take for the full 30 days. 
  3. Start off with a smaller dosage/serving so that you can develop a baseline.
  4. Try taking your oil with food in your stomach. There are no negative side effects to taking it without food. However, studies and customer research has shown that taking it with food maximizes absorption.
