Help! My card is being declined

Banks are being super conservative, and are also being really slow in recognizing the difference between hemp CBD in their overall policy. US domestic banks have backed out of the CBD industry presently, which has forced us to transfer our payment processing through a UK-based company. 

Some banks are known to flag unusual purchases, so you may need to reach out to your bank to let them know that the purchase with Populum is approved.
