New to hemp guidelines
For anyone who’s new to hemp oil, it’s natural to be unsure about what to expect after you start taking our tincture. You might have expected to feel something right away, or you might just be unsure how long it is going to take for you to notice its effects.
Similar to any supplement, such as vitamins, the effects of hemp oil will work differently for every individual. Depending on your conditions and your overall health, the time of its effectiveness will vary. Overall, it’s important to understand that hemp oil could take some time and that it won’t act as an instant magic fix.
So what’s our advice?
- After establishing a routine of when and how much you’ll take, make sure to stick to it and take it consistently every day. Skipping it for a couple of days or taking it randomly can disrupt its effectiveness.
- There’s no scientifically proven dosing regimen, so you should approach hemp oil step by step. Start at a smaller dosage, but gradually increase the concentration until you find what works best for you. We recommend starting off with 8mg of CBD as a starting dose. You can increase or even decrease week after week if you feel the need to adjust. See how you feel after 3-4 weeks. You can even split up your serving, where you take half the serving once in the morning and the rest at night.

- If you are interested in taking a capsule we offer a 15mg and 25mg option. We recommend this option to someone that feels they need a little more when it comes to CBD or have used CBD.
