Return Request via 30 day

Thank you again for trying out Populum.  I am very sorry that our product was not a good fit for you. I would like to assure you that we will definitely work with you on getting this returned via our 30-day trial. 

Please see and print the attached return label. You can simply ship it back to us using the Populum box that you received your order in or any small box. We ask you to return the product to us within 14 days of receiving the label in order to process your refund. Once we receive the product, we'll follow up with a confirmation email on your refund. This refund could take 5-7 business days to hit your banking institution.
