What should I do if I think my order is lost in the mail?

Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a shipping notification with USPS tracking information. Please check your junk/spam folder for this email. If you feel USPS has lost your order, please contact your local branch immediately to inquire about your lost package. 

You can also contact USPS customer service at 1 (800) 742-5877, but we recommend calling your local branch for a quick resolve. Once contacting USPS, please also email Populum at support@populum.com with your order number. Populum is not responsible for lost packages.

Your local post office can pull up GPS coordinates for your package and most of the time redeliver. We also encourage you to file a claim with your local branch as well. We want to ensure future theft is prevented.
