How does the 30 day risk-free trial work?

Our 30-day risk-free trial is available to every first-time buyer, and begins on the day you receive your package in the mail. If you are unsatisfied with our product within the 30-day trial period, please reach out to our Customer Service Department and they will provide a return label. 

We encourage you to keep the Populum box your order came in to make the return process easy for you.  Once we receive the product, we will refund your card for the amount you paid (minus any expedited shipping.)

We want you to try our product for the full 30 days to allow for your body to adapt, but we will accept the return at any time in those 30 days.  

Trial periods are limited to first-time customers only; one product per customer.
