Why can't I see my discount from the customer portal?

If you are logging in to your customer portal, you will see the total before your discounts have been deducted. You will see the discounted rate reflected in the total amount billed each cycle when you receive your order confirmation. You can also see the discounted price you paid by looking at your previous order totals.
