What is the serving size for the capsules?

For ease and convenience, we designed our capsules to be taken once a day. We have two options: 450mg and 750mg bottles.

For the 450mg, one capsule has 15mg of high-quality full-spectrum hemp CBD oil. The entire bottle has 450mg of full-spectrum hemp CBD oil. 

For the 750mg, one capsule has 25mg of high-quality full-spectrum hemp CBD oil. The entire bottle has 750mg of full-spectrum hemp CBD oil.
