Will the heat or cold affect my product during shipping?

We assure you that our products are packaged appropriately to arrive to you within your selected shipping time frame, and should not be affected by any weather conditions such as extreme heat or cold. However, we do encourage you to coordinate your delivery date If you will be out of town for an extended period of time.

Our amber glass bottles are designed specifically to store oils and keep them protected from the sun and heat.  If your oil appears to be a little thinner in viscosity, we assure you that this is ok! Just pop the oil in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to thicken it back up.
