Specifically, there has been a lot more research done around THC, and while CBD does not share its psychoactive properties, there are other similar characteristics that we can make inferences from.
Similar to THC, it does seem like CBD can build up a sort of tolerance in your system. Thus, while it's important to keep a daily, consistent routine, it might be good practice to take a 24-48 hour break every few weeks.
